We invite you all to read our Returns & Refunds policy explained in more details below, in order to see which clause that applies to your situation so that you can follow the correct procedure. Your feedback is important to help us grow. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you (03) three days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within (03) three calendar days of your purchase. After the (03) three days period, the Return and Refund policy is no longer valid. We encourage our customers to inspect and verify the products upon arrival to confirm their suitability to their projects. To be eligible for refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging status, including any accessories, labels, freebies, manuals, and documentation shipped alongside the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will make an exchange or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted due to the following circumstances, if applicable: • Products with obvious signs of use; • Any returned article that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing certain parts for reasons that are not due to our error; and • Any article returned more than specific return days granted. In the case of late or missing refunds, if applicable: • Check your bank account or related financial institution for further verification. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. • The next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article due to wrong delivery of goods, please send us an email at infiniteesg@gmail.com alongside your order reference code. We strongly recommend you to state the reason for return as we may arrange for an exchange with similar value of article subjected to stock availability. Shipping
To return your product, please mail the package with your contact details and stated reason for returning to the following address: No. 10 Admiralty Street North Link Building #01-62 Singapore 757695. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the articles unless they are defective upon arrival. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on the deliver location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an article that you have deemed necessary to be insured, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned article.

Right Cancellation Policy
In addition to our Returns & Refund Policy, we also encourage our customers to carefully read our Right Cancellation Policy. To exercise your right to cancel the contract, you must request a refund in writing within (03) three calendar days of receipt of the articles. The refund will include all standard delivery charges paid only when the articles are defective. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of a cancelled order. To exercise your right of cancellation, please follow the steps below: • Email your request and state the reason for cancellation to us at infiniteesg@gmail.com • We will refund you the price paid for the articles minus the delivery cost. In the case of defective articles, you will be entitled to reimbursement for the delivery cost as well. • You will be refunded according to your original payment method within (14) fourteen calendar days of receipt of the cancelled articles or, if earlier, within (03) three calendar days of receipt. • We strongly advise you to always retain your proof of return receipt. If we do not receive the cancelled articles, we can arrange to have them returned with a shipping charge at your expense.
